Development of an Organisational Sustainability Education and Awareness Program

EcoSTEPS were engaged to design and delivery a suite of sustainability education and awareness training programs which was progressively rolled out to Water Corporation’s 3000 employees and contractors. The ‘From Principles to Action’ programs are based on Action Learning and Education for Sustainability principles and have proved to be extremely popular and effective.

Water Corporation has a comprehensive Sustainability Strategy. Over a period of time, changes to processes, policies, systems and culture were identified and sustainability principles were embedded across the organisation. This was supported by a comprehensive and integrated education and awareness program.
