"I'm convinced that our economic and social systems need rethinking profoundly. Everything we do now must be done within a sustainability framework - and we need to get a move on."

Alexia Miall“I’m working in the field of Sustainability because I care about the Planet and more importantly the People living on it. I believe if we can create true Sustainability within people’s lives and consciousness, then we can create Sustainability on the Earth.” Background and ExperienceAlexia has been involved with EcoSTEPS since its inception in 1999 and deepened her association by becoming a shareholder in 2003. Alexia’s career began in banking and then moved via advertising to adult education and training. She managed her own training company in Melbourne for several years and has extensive experience as a facilitator, trainer, life coach, and mentor. She was the Course Leader for a training programme from which the Banksia Environmental Foundation formed. She has also held Board positions with Corporate Vision during 1986-1987 and the Banksia Environmental Foundation from 1989 to 1995. Alexia’s terrific 'people skills' are essential as we work with organisations and the individuals within them to make the 'culture' shifts towards sustainability.
