"I've always spent all my spare time out somewhere in the wilderness. It's fun and I see examples all the time of how efficiently the environment works. Everything, including humans, is part of a bigger whole and everything is reused. It shows me that damaging the environment is the same as hurting ourselves. It reminds me that I must try to be as efficient and sustainable as I can. It is why I want to help preserve and restore our world."

My main goal is to make organisations more successful, fun places to work. Places in which people are proud and happy to work. Doing this depends upon developing ways to improve the long-term performance of the business and giving the people a greater sense of purpose in what they do. Doing this depends on making the organisation one with whom others prefer to be associated with.
