Liverpool City Council

Under NSW State Government Integrated Planning and Reporting (IPR) requirements Councils are required to create integrated management plans for environmental sustainability. Concurrently NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is providing funding to local councils for sustainability related actions

Liverpool is moving towards a Quadruple Bottom Line reporting process in line with NSW State Government IPR recommendations. As part of this process Council is combining existing environmental action plans into an Integrated Environmental Sustainability Action Plan (IESAP).

EcoSTEPS were engaged to undertake a Councilllor sustainability briefing and workshop session as part of this important initiative.
