Goodman is a global expert in functional business space and logistics, and the sustainability vision is focused on creating long-term relationships with key stakeholders around the world and enhancing the communities in which they operate.

To shape this vision, Goodman’s sustainability programme was formalised in 2007 with the assistance of EcoSTEPS. It brought together a range of development, asset management and industry activities under one sustainability umbrella. There are four key areas that drive our sustainability programme: the marketplace, our workplace, the environment, and our communities.

Goodman’s sustainability platform has recently undergone a shift from a regional focus towards a truly integrated global programme, managed by the Group Head of Sustainability and supported by the Group Sustainability Committee and regional representatives across the globe.
